What you’ll do
- Answer customer questions on phone, chat, WhatsApp and email
- Guide customers through common domain, hosting and email tasks
- Log issues clearly and hand technical problems to the engineering team
- Follow up until each request is closed
What we’re looking for
- Good spoken and written English; Hindi or Telugu is a plus
- Patience and a friendly, clear way of explaining things
- Comfortable with computers and learning new tools quickly
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
