1. Agreement
By using SitePages websites and services you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.
2. Services
We provide hosting, domain, development and marketing services as described in your order or proposal. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in that order.
3. Payments & renewals
Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Hosting and domain services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for unlawful content, spam, malware, phishing or anything that harms our network or other customers. We may suspend services that break this policy.
5. Refunds
Hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, ad spend and completed project milestones are non-refundable.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months. Uptime commitments are covered by service credits as described in our SLA.
